Today I used frozen strawberries, mangoes, and lemons and let them sit in the refrigerator all day in a pitcher! yummy.

Usually just lemon juice. Sometimes I'll let strawberries in it.

    add coffee to it..
Sometimes I drop a splash of pomegranate juice in.
    Mint leaves make it refreshing.

It depends on the day. Today, with raw ginger.
  • I drink a gallon a day and the only way I can get myself to drink that much is with a squirt of MIO in the gallon jug. Taste great. No calories.

I just tried Mio and I really like it. Only using one big squirt for my 32 ounce container and it's just enough to give it a bit of fruit flavor.
