I feel like I need to be in the right frame of mind to lose weight and make positive lifestyle changes.
I think a big change came for me when suddenly I realized how much being overweight/obese has shaped my life. It has really held me back. I think I deserve more than I have allowed myself to have and I am ready to begin doing the work I need to do to get there.
Do you remember having a shift in your frame of mind when you started this journey? How is it different than on your past attempts to lose weight?
I am asking because I am worried that my motivation is slipping and I want to find the right mental space again. I am hoping that hearing other people's thoughts will help me get back to where I need to be and maybe help other people do the same.
