When waiting for the microwave, instead of just standing there I do side leg lifts, or deep squats. Hey it's just a few minutes but it can't but help!

    Lol it makes up for the buttered popcorn in the microwave! Great idea, thanks for sharing. I'm trying to do some small exercises at work. I'm sitting at a desk all day (boo!).

    Me too! But mine are while filling my water bottle. I do calf raises, yoga poses, and all-angle-leg-lifts. Also sumo squats! :smile:

    Excellent ideas. Also, when watching the evil television, do it lying on the floor. When commercials come on: do some abs until they're over.

    My aerobic step is sitting in my front room. I try to register 1000 steps on my Fitbit before I leave for work each morning. (It only takes like 5 minutes.)

    I do wall sits... or whatever they're called. :p Might as well burn a few extra calories while Im waiting for something to heat or cook in the oven.
