When waiting for the microwave, instead of just standing there I do side leg lifts, or deep squats. Hey it's just a few minutes but it can't but help!

Excellent ideas. Also, when watching the evil television, do it lying on the floor. When commercials come on: do some abs until they're over.0

My aerobic step is sitting in my front room. I try to register 1000 steps on my Fitbit before I leave for work each morning. (It only takes like 5 minutes.)0

I do wall sits... or whatever they're called. Might as well burn a few extra calories while Im waiting for something to heat or cook in the oven.0
