Weight Gaining Recipes

Hey everyone ! So im currently on a jourbey to gain some weight because ive lost over 10lbs in such a short amount of time. Anyways, i would like to know some your guys' recipes that can easily be done that will help add a great amount of calories. Thank you all so much !! :)

    Shamelessly plugging my vegan shake lol..I'm not vegan fyi but this one adds 846cals to ur arsenal.

    Adjust the ingredients down to fit it into your budget. Enjoy!

    4oz Banana
    8oz Almond milk vanilla
    1 cup frozen blueberries
    2tblsp organic wheat grass
    1tsp Ginger
    2tblsp Agave
    1 scoop(20grm protein) of ur protein (I use plant fusion)
    1tblsp Almond butter
    .50oz organic pepitas(raw no shell)
    2tblsp coconut flakes

    846 Cals
    28g Fat
    113g Carbs
    36.6g Protein

    Jam oatmeal, bananas, and PB (or Almond) into your protein shake...easy 500 cal. I do find cooking the oatmeal makes it blend better but you don't have to.

    OR...go Gio14's gourmet route.
