Anyone have any food plans they follow or tips on foods they eat now instead that have helped them lose weight?

  • 30 grams of protein in the morning helps you burn 40% more fat for the day.
  • Intermittent fasting - 8 hour window to eat, for me that is 10am to 6pm and 16 hours where I fast (including my sleep at night)

    Gave up sugar completely. Only days I'm allowed sugar is my bday (yay cake!), Easter (eggs), Valentines and Christmas.

    Drink heaps of water

    Exercise at least 3 x a week

    My roommate does fasting. I could see if that would work. I do try to not eat after 8.

    How does this happen? Do you have any sources you can cite? I have never heard of anything like this before.
