I'm not used to exercise and weak, a friend tell me to start with wall push up, but is it any good? I can do 20 reps for 5 sets of wall push up compared to just 5 reps for 2 sets in regular form push up before feeling really fatigued

Since you can do the regular push up, just keep doing the regular form push ups and add reps and or sets as you become stronger. It's okay to start small.0

yes, they are good to get you strong enough to do knee push ups, which are good enough to get you strong enough to do normal pushups, which are good enough to move to decline pushups...
if you can already do standard pushups, you're past the point of getting much benefit from wall pushups.0 -
Way to get it. You just keep practicing!0
