    Subway is always a better option than most fast food places. Get a six inch with tons of veggies and turkey or chicken and you're golden.

    If you know the different fast food locations in your area- hop on their website and look at the nutritional values. You can make something work in almost all locations, sometimes you just have to get a little creative.

    Wendy's is my go to (though it is pretty rare)...I usually get a sour cream and chive baked potato and a small chili. It has a really solid macro breakdown and calories are right.

    I also find if you're really stuck with fast food just order a kid's meal. The potion size is WAY more accurate.
