New to fitness pal

Hello everyone, I'm new to fitness pal but have been exercising and eating right for about 3 weeks. I would love any advice or kind words. I would also love to add friends but cannot figure that part out. I'm excited to get started!

    I will add you if you'd like! I started about the same time as you, but started logging just this week. Feel free to ask any questions or to look at my food diary if you need any tips on how to eat more, but stay under calorie goal. If you need encouragement just met me know.

    Hi my diary is open as well. I have been logging here for 9 days but have lost 60 pounds over the last 18 months. Learning alot with the tools and from the people. Down 2 pounds in 9 days.. Kinda stuck before coming here and would like to lose another 40 pounds. Thinking it might be possible. I will send you a request. Anyone is welcome to send me a request as well.
