Long term: Country!
It would be great to have a wood burning stove in an old home, with a garden and some goats. Maybe a horse or two. The manual labor of keeping a home would be like therapy.0 -

I've lived in the city, the country and town ... prefer a town or a small city. I want to know people and for people to know me when I go to the store, the bank, the gym and the schools, but I don't want them to know every little thing about me.0

Definitely a small town. I've lived in the city all my life and had the opportunity to move to a smallish town (25K not small enough)
Now back in L.A. Horrible.
If I win the lotto, buying me a plot of land either in Montana or Oregon. Lots of trees, land and horses.0 -

I live in NYC and love it. I can appreciate the country though. I like the feeling of isolation sometimes. I wouldn't choose the country over the city, though if I was rich I'd buy a country house.0
