Will the fat most likely melt off my belly last? What is the general order for males? And how many pounds am I going to have to lose for this to happen? Looking to get into shape before bulking up.

Current stats:
5'7
155 lbs
BF: 18%

Thanks.

It will come off from all over. Including the visceral fat surrounding your organs which isn't noticeable on your physique. Just focus on getting down to 10-12% or so, you'll start to see your abs around 15%

How do I calculate how much fat I will have to lose to make it down to 12%? My body looks very disproportionate right now (almost skinny-fat).

It comes off where it comes off. We don't get a say.

    This is a rough calculation:
155*0.18 = 27.9 (how much fat is on your body)
    155-27.9 = 127.1 (your lean body mass)
    Your goal weight is then = 127.1 / (1 - 0.12) = 144.43

So you need to lose about 10 pounds of fat roughly.

@galgenstrick‌ or anyone else that can help.
    I'm bloody hopeless at Math!
I'm 5"8 140lbs and my body fat "apparently" is 27%.
My goal weight is 132lbs. Is there an approx body fat percentage I should be at my goal weight?

I think your goal weight should be a factor of what body fat % you want to be at, rather than what weight you want to be at.

Maybe between 22-25% I'm not an athlete or lifter, so those percentages may be aiming to low??

Thank you. And if I track my macros and follow my diet religiously as well as give it my all i the gym (although on a cut), how long am I looking at?

that would be between 131 and 136 assuming that your current body fat % is correct.

Oh, and if I lift heavy in the gym and hit my macros (1g protein per lb bw and 0.4g fat/bw, rest carbs), should my LBM loss be minimal? I heard somewhere it's a 5/1 ratio. I just want this pouch I have gone even if that makes me skinnier before bulking up.
