    I wish! But when you work every day its hard to get in any time for anything else

    I know what you mean sometimes can be a struggle...wake up work a whole shift...then by the time you get off its almost dinner time then back to bed for the same routine...but even just a few slight changes can make a difference:) like a good breakfast before work and just plenty of water...

    Hi ya I try and set myself at least 30 mins a night to exercise myself either running or kettle bells helps me destress after work
