Water Intake

I know this may seem a really silly thing to ask, but whats counts as a glass of water? I always drink out of a 500ml bottle, so I'm not sure how much I should be having.
Any help would be great!

    I count a cup as 250ml. I have a 750ml bottle and try to drink three of these during the day so it works out as 9 cups of water.

    Yep, that's what I count too.
    Dunno how / why but I tend to drink more when I have those bottles with the sports (sippy) tops.

    Yup same here, 500ml bottles is 2 cups for me.

    A cup is a measurement of 8 oz. So 250 ml is a little over a cup. :)

    Yep I have a 750mL which is 3 cups :)

    if you want to be specific, 240ml is a cup - but that's being picky :wink:
