I usually have a protein shake for breakfast. I like to mix it up often. I like simple like strawberries, vanilla powder, splenda and milk. Today I had a "butterfinger" consisting of milk, chocolate protein powder, pb2, SF butterscotch pudding mix and frozen spinach.

This is my favorite. But when it is later in the evening and I still need protein I use chocolate protein powder, a cup of milk, and about 5 to 6 drops of peppermint extract. Tastes like an Andes Mint.0 -
I like to use Chobani Pineapple yogurt - 1 scoop of Vanilla protein powder, some frozen pineapple chunks - some splenda or sweet&low with Ice - it is like eating ice cream but only 250 calories and 38 grams of protein.0

1) Frozen fruit (I currently have dole mixed fruit from SAMs club) -100g
2) 8oz silk almond milk or cashew milk (I love cow's milk, but I don't think the smoothie tastes sweet enough without adding sweetener or protein powder)
3) 50g plain Greek yogurt
Blend and enjoy (low cal and so tasty)0 -
