Hi, I have been looking around this site, started and then dropped off for a while. I am back and ready to get started. I have a treadmill and Wii at home, and a Y membership. I've also decided to change my eating habits, have a food journal, and change eating habits as I go along. I am excited, I have a lot to lose, but feel that I have the proper tools and the motivation to make this happen. Friends to share the journey with would be great. Patty

    MFP is my food journal that is why I log in everyday. Nice to "see: you again!
