Great start for my new regime!!

so I'm hoping to lose 5-10kgs ish...and maintain!! And am also training for a half marathon!! Have been eating well on and off for years and running on and off too so last week I decided to start weighing weekly and training and eating as well as poss....1 week down, feeling great and 2kgs gone!! (I'm sure it will be slower now, just my body getting rid of all the excess crap this week!!) but it's really given me the motivation to continue down this route!! 12 weeks to half marathon day!!!
