Starting 5:2 fast today

Hi there. I do the 5:2 diet and think its great. Monday and Thursdays for me and hubby. Lost 20lbs so far averaging 1-2 lbs a week, sometimes nothing. But feel really good on a fast day. I skip breakfast and have something filling like porridge or tin veg soup for lunch. Dinner is half tin beans on one slice toast or poached eggs on toast. How are u doing on it or have u not started yet?

Hi Heather. Yes I'm starting today. I'm going to fast Sundays and Wednesdays. I've already lost 36 pounds from regular diet and exercise but my weight-loss has stalled so I want to try something else so I'm starting 5:2.
My one meal today has been a protein shake that's 562 calories so I'm basically done for today.0 -
BTW.. I have about 30 more pounds to lose.0
