    I really liked it! I have lost 41 total over 3 years..its been a long road for me. My issue has been consistency. My goal was to complete 300 workouts this year and I have done 57 so far. I have pretty much all of beachbody workouts but I'm debating on doing insanity the first one again or p90x30..uggg decisions lol
