Help first bootcamp completed and now body killing me

Hi I completed my first ever boot camp on Saturday went for 1.5hrs and now I can barely move my whole body is sore I'm struggling to sit, what would you recommend taking after the sessions so that my body recovers quicker

Stretch week before and after and throughout the day.
Epson salt bath.
Anti inflammatory medication (I got A prescription one).
Ice

Try moving around today (active rest), get plenty of water, and a warm bath/shower should help.0

Take an ibuprofen, stretch, and go for a walk. Make sure you're eating enough too!0
