what are the benefits? I have been going 10- 15 mins these couple days and i drink alot of water , will it help for weight loss?

No. It will help you lose water weight, which will come back next time you drink.
Is nice for recovery I guess. That's about it really.0 -
It feel cozy - especially in this never ending winter
Some people find it helps soothe muscle soreness, at least temporarily.0
