    this week will mark 2mo's not drinking soda, coffee, and tea. I'm too big for the scales, but im guessing ive lost 20lbs. I am at a stalemate right now. so I want to add something to my change.

    Good for you!! Way to go...losing 20lbs!! I started to exercise again today. I do feel better emotionally, but that's my problem. I eat when I feel stressed or depressed.
