    I just saw your pose pugsley56, I will be 59 in August and need to lose 100, probably more. So tired of being like this, need motivation and support ideas, hope.

    Hi ladies turning 59 next month. This weight loss / getting in shape stuff is so much harder now! Sometimes I get so bummed...been tracking faithfully for 2 months (after going off the grid last year) and NO lbs lost! Getting so aggravated... but not quitting! Lets check in & lean on eachother :)
