I lost 5-lbs in 3-wks, then got a bit cocky, thinking I could eat a bit more, so I exceeded my calorie limit most days, up to 100-calories. Fortunately, I didn't gain... but, I just maintained after the 5-lb loss.
Beginning today, I've decided the sooner I get the weight loss part over with, the better (10-wks, according the the site calculator)... then, I'll be in a better eating pattern & can continue with the same eating habits. So, a bit of fortitude is all that's needed. Not so hard, really.

Two big challenges coming up in March.
Next week a business trip, so I will have to eat in restaurants. I can control things a little, but I must attend a dinner and a breakfast with colleagues.
After that I have a week vacation including a driving trip to California. I don't have to eat in restaurants, so I will plan to buy healthy food. But my old habits are to eat and drive, so need to focus on the big goals, and I need to make sure I get out of the car and get my exercise.0 -

Ready for a challenge, was diagnosed with Type2 Diabetes on January 30 this year. I want to do the best I can to get off of the meds and get my blood sugar in check.
