I'm working on getting back down to actual pushups. Went from counter down to chair arm rest at 20 now I'm down to the seat just gotta find something between seat and ground. Cinder block maybe?0

I'm doing counter push-ups. Moving down to knee push-ups after I can do 5 sets of 20 counter push-ups. It's part of Scooby's push-up program.0

I did my sets of 7 today. I'm still on track. I'm not sure if I am going to be able to do a set of 20 consecutively on day 30 but I'm hopeful. I am making progress because I have never focused on push-ups directly before. It feels good to improve on something that has always been a challenge.0 -
Okay...fell off the push up bandwagon totally. I had a very stressful moment that really derailed me and just totally forgot. Starting over. (Love the "Earth Downs")!0
