First Week complete! I'm a little confused about including the warm ups and cool downs into my time but these are inclusive:

    W1D1: 1.77 mi, 16:56 pace
    W1D2: 1.8 mi, 16.40 pace
    W1D3: 1.9 mi, 15:47 pace
    Total 5.5 mi, 1hr, 30 mins

How's it going with you all??

I use the 5 minute warm-up in my time, as well as the walking in between each run. I guess it's a personal preference.

I've never seen it with a 5-minute cool down. Is that on the app? I don't use the app, I just use the plan that's on the website that I posted earlier in the thread.

I'm starting Tomorrow!! I have severe shin splints so I rarely run. I'm hoping I can keep up with the app!

I did too but bought compression sleeves (you can get the full sock too) but this has helped alot- no more soreness!

I see Steel. That's where the diff is. I suppose we shouldn't count our 5 min cool down in our time. Yes, it's the app and thanks so much.

Just about to move onto Week 7 Day 1 this evening. A bit daunted by a full 20 minute run! I started early January and had to repeat week 4 a couple of times before moving my speed down from 8kmph to 7.5kmph. Once I get through the programme I am planning to repeat to build up speed by using 7.5kmph in the "walking" intervals and 8.5kmph in the running intervals.

I began C25K about a month ago, but I have been rather inconsistent in keeping up to date with the schedule. This is my first week of actually pulling off all 3 days in a week, and I'm currently on Week 3, Day 3. So 5 more weeks after this, then to see if I can do the 5k! :D

Because I've seen a few people post their progress-- I only have Days 1 and 2 for this week, as today is Day 3, and I'm going after work, here is what I have so far:

    W1D1: Forgot to log miles
    W1D2: 2.13 miles in 30:00 (14:05 pace)
    W1D3: 2.24 miles in 30:31 (13:37 pace)

    W2D1: Forgot to log miles
    W2D2: 2.25 miles in 31:18 (13:54 pace)
    W2D3: 2.07 miles in 31:38 (15:16 pace)

    W3D1: 1.88 miles in 28:29 (15:09 pace)
    W3D2: 2.29 miles in 31:46 (13:52 pace)

Definitely some room for improvement. I hadn't actually calculated my pace until just now... I have noticed that the walking portions grow pretty mundane, so perhaps I'll try to keep the walks more brisk and push myself on the jogging to really get the best time. Excited to see what I can get tonight!

    Week 2
    Day 1: 2.02 miles/26 minutes (12:52 pace)
    Day 2: 2.04 miles/26 minutes (12:45 pace)
    Day 3: 2.05 miles/26 minutes (12:41 pace)

    Total for week: 6.11 miles
    Total overall: 11.93 miles

I've already cut 20 seconds off my pace in just 2 weeks.
It was hard for me to get motivated to get off the couch this week, especially with all the snow. Honestly, knowing that there are other people doing the same this as me and the fact that we're all encouraging each other and keeping everyone accountable pushed me to get out and run! Hoping to transition from the treadmill to the track soon.
2 weeks down, 7 weeks to go. Keep running everyone!
