What are your goals?

Every success story starts with someone setting a goal. Big or small...a goal is a goal - something we push ourselves to do and want to achieve. What are you goals?

Mine (for this week) are:
1. Prepare breakfasts I can take to work
2. Log everything for the next 7 days - no excuses
3. Get at least 1/2 hour workout in every day

My long term goal is to get to a healthy BMI. Ultimately, I need to lose weight because it'll help the arthritis in my knees and hips.

    You are right goals are important - big or small.

    My goals for the week are:
    1. Eat primarily home cooked meals.
    2. Increase my workout time and/or intensity
    3. Drink at least 7 glasses of water a day!

    I recently decided that I want to lose 10 more pounds by this summer!

    Awesome goals! I have been working on the water intake too...that's a tough one for me but I just add a little more water each day :)

    Tighter abs by the time I go on a two week cruise in 8 weeks :smiley:

    That means; no calorie overages, consistent workouts :grumble:

    1. Lose another 10% body weight by 29-Sep
    2. Do my 3x/week C25K/NROL workouts
    3. Eat at a deficit every week
    4. Run a 5k in April
    5. Climb a mountain too high
