weight loss advice

Today marks my 25th day on MFP. I log EVERYTHING..and have been going to the gym faithful every day. I have lost 12 lbs so far. Is this good?

    It is excellent...though don't be surprised if your weight loss rate slows down ...it always comes off fast at first then slows down.

    Your ticker says you only have 12 pounds to go, so ya, your weight loss will slow. But don't let that discourage you. You are doing great!! keep at it!!

    That's awesome! 12 pounds so far is great!

    If you don't have much more to lose then it could slow down to a pound or a half a pound a week.

    12 more lbs til my 1st short term goal. I want to lose 50lbs. Since this post I've lost 1.5 more lbs :)
