2nd day at this starting to lose some weight and train for my 1st duathlon. Could use some friends and advice along the way

  • Hello I have only been on here a week trying to get down to 123lbs I have lost 3lbs so far but I am not eating much what foods that are cheap can I eat to get in my calorie goals.

    I eat a lot of deli turkey with wheat buns salads. Fruits and vegetables.And staying away from the fast food places.and watch portion sizes.
