Congrats man! How tall are you? What was your weight before/after?

I'm 70.5 inches (5'10"1/2), and I was 225lbs before and at the moment the picture was taken 209lbs.

what have you been doing to achieve such success?

To acheive this type of body weight, I had a goal in mind. I have cut my carbs down to only a cup of brown rice per day, lean meats (chicken, fresh fish, and steak.) I up my water intake to 12 glasses or more a day! (Hydration is the biggest part of muscle recovery. Also, most times when you think you're hungry, you're only thirsty.

I also eat 5-7 times a day. depending on the day, I eat 3 medium sized meals, always following my 3rd rule. meat:veggies:fruit. In between meals I snack on veggies and have a small fiber and protein meal as well. VERY SMALL.

Like I said before, I have a goal that I never forget.

I am a Army veteran with 4 years and a deployment under my belt. I have been out since 2012. I recently got in touch with a recruiter and in the process of reenlisting. This has been a goal of mine for a while! Keep up the hard work people!
