Two weeks in and finally a loss!

Finally after two Weeks I'm down 4lb :) I lost nothing in the first week despite weighing my food religiously and exercising every day so felt a bit disheartened. It's a tiny step I know but so happy it's going in the right direction. Just had to share as I need to tell someone lol (and my 1 & 2 yr olds don't care)

    WOOOHOOO - Congrats!!!!! This is Normal! I can go with 2 weeks to a month of a fluctuation between gaining and stalling, then BOOM 6pounds gone!!

    Well done that's awesome! I'd recommend measuring yourself too/taking progress pictures as you can't always tell how you're doing just via the scales!

    Thank you both :) my partner did suggest taking progress pics. I think I might start doing that, it'd be great to watch my progress
