Counting Carbs - polyols

Count half or none, there are arguments for both. I personally do none, but I only use one kind.

The issue is not all of them work the same. Erythritol is usually the one you can count as 0, provided it's not mixed with a second one. Xylitol has enough that it counts as calories, and it's one you count as half. Some of the others are higher than xylitol or somewhere between erythritol and xylitol.
