new to MFP

A few people have told me about MFP and how it really does help with losing weight so I thought I would come check it out and hopefully the only thing I have to lose is weight!

So here I go; starting today I am going to stop my excuses and start making the changes I need to find the healthy version of myself again!! Big things I need to focus on is making exercise a regular part of my life and really cut the sugar out of my diet.

    MFP has helped me loose 10 pounds so far. I like to enter meals before eating them, keeps me from eating Big Macs and Whoppers, lol. Good luck to you!

    I have at least 85 pounds to lose and my plan is to stay between 1,400-1,500 calories a day.
