Should I eat these calories?

Hello!
I did a P90X workout today that was a resistance workout. It's shoulders and arms, but it does make you sweat! However, my new heart rate monitor says I burned 770 calories in one hour of this workout, plus an ab workout (15 minutes long). I find it VERY unlikely that I burned that much, but I did burn some.
I can't add it as strength training because it's more complicated than what MFP asks for. But on the other hand, I wouldn't say it's conditioning either.
How should I add this? And should I eat more to compensate for that workout today?

try entering it as circuit training if you don't trust your hrm0

I put it in as strength training. I don't have a heart rate monitor... It only gives me around 200 if I remember correctly and then 140ish for ARX.
If you don't think you burned that much, which it sounds like alot to me too, I wouldn't eat them all. Maybe just half..0 -
I wouldn't rely on the HR monitor for resistance workouts. Weight lifting burns calories differently than cardio workouts.0

I didn't realize I could actually put in "strength training" under the cardio workouts. It gave me about 300 calories, which seems MUCH more accurate.0
