    Struggles/successes of your week: First time in a long time that I've been under my calorie goal for more than 1 day in a row! I haven't struggled with cravings or binges this week at all either. Feeling confident!

    Struggles or successes of your week: Lately I have been going over my calories a lot. Even though I have logged on for over 90 days, I've been losing weight SO slowly... so I've decided to see how many days in a row I can actually stay under my calories. On day three :-D Also ran 7.5 miles on March 1st!

    Struggles or successes of your week: There's been a couple of days when the scale didn't move even a bit which was a very discouraging, but I didn't fumble and it paid off in the end!

    I've started doing some bodyweight excersices (pushups, squats, planks, etc) three days/week. I can't wait to drop below 220 to start with the pullups!

    Struggles or successes of your week: I overate immensely two days ago, but for the first time I managed to move on and simply continue with my plan. I've only gained a little weight back because of it. I also went for a walk yesterday, overall ate mainly clean foods and drank at least 8 cups of water everyday.

    Struggles or successes of your week: Struggles: Making sure that I stay within my daily calories. Making sure I get my workouts in. Successes: Losing 1.6!!!!! :)
