    Struggles or successes of your week: Managed to get 3 strength training sessions in this week (yay!) and made it to spin/yin as well. Not sure if I can repeat that this week based on my schedule, but I'm definately going to try!

    Loss/gain for the week: Still floating between 132 & 130. I might try a fast one day to see where I'm at
    Loss/gain for the month so far: I broke my long lasting plateau last long (From November to Feb @ 135 to 137) so I refuse to quit!

    Struggles or successes of your week: I keep getting very discouraged as I float between 130 & 132, and I can't seem to dip below the 130 line.

    Struggles- Was out of town Fri-Sun Coaching at Regionals, 3 days on my feet I was just too spent to do any cardio. Partied a little too hard Sat Night and Drank most of my gains.
    Success- Squats are over #200!
