Struggles or successes of your week: I have a friend visiting from Cambs and its hard going out to eat/drink and try to choose the most healthy meals or restraint and only have one beer when everybody else is having multiple drinks and eating pizzas, hamburgers, pasta and stuff like that.
On the bright side, I started running on Tues-Thurs-Sat. In the past, before I fell off the wagon, I used to run and I loved it. So I'm hoping to run long distances again, eventually.
I also kept doing bodyweight exercises on Mon-Wed-Fri and its paying off, I think I have more strength now compared to a couple weeks ago when I started.0 -

Struggles or successes of your week: I'm upping my protein and slashing my carbs. I'm going out with friends tonight and have budgeted to have some yummy treats but I'm wrestling with the guilt; I feel like I'm just hindering myself. I know it's ok to have a treat every now and then but I really want to get to my goal.0 -

Struggles or successes of your week: Had trouble with the scale this week, the previous week's reading was not accurate cause of low batteries. This one is true though so i'm still one kg off. Had a good set of exercises this week that included jogging/pilates/zumba and weights. Feeling good!I'm going to keep up exercising every day cause i enjoy the extra calories though sometimes i dont need them.0 -

Struggles or successes of your week: yesterday had friends over and yummy Chinese food BUT resisted and had only the broccoli and beef (nothing deep fried or too sweet), just a HANDFUL of chips, ONE glass of wine and yippee, I was so proud of myself !!! WE CAN DO THIS !!!! - It's the 9th time I try to lose weight and so far so good - you have all been inspirational, I read this thread every morning it helps a lot - thank you all and congratulations on your successes

Struggles or successes of your week: Well ive started picking up few easter treats for my little girl and my niece. Ive been picking her and there at a few. I struggled a little bit on friday due to my little girl being in pain and i only manage 8 min work out But im still happy with my loss.
Struggles for next week: I'm temping the cabbage soup diet. For 7 days i'm going to try my best at stick it out. I eat loads of salads and some fruit so i shouldnt have much of a problem. Its more the sweets side i'd like to try and stick to not having any. Also wanna make sure i push my self to get my workout done. cant do it around the little one as she loves to climb on me lol. so this time of night is the best time for me to do it.0 -

Congratulations you are doing great. I had a similar struggle last night having dinner with friends and skipped the wine and didn't overeat and I was so proud of myself.0 -

Struggles or successes of your week: We all had colds this week, so everything was off... sleeping, hours being awake, eating. I don't feel like I ate a lot, but I also slept most of the week & didn't leave the house once, so immobility perhaps contributed to not losing.
We're still under the weather, but I'm sure by mid-week, we'll be mad cool groovey.0
