    Struggles or successes of your week: Checking in a little bit late. I'm having a hard time dealing with my stress, and getting overwhelmed, and then I just end up eating. And I need to work on drinking more water more regularly. Here's to next week!

    Struggles or successes of your week:  got back to using my elliptical. Excited really starting to see the changes. Struggles, wanted ice cream. Hard to eat only half of a scoop of ice cream. But I did and stayed under my calories

    Struggles or successes of your week: Going out for some drinks really derailed me this week as I made some pretty poor food choices. I didn't gain as much as I think I did. It's a new week and I am learning from my mistakes so hopefully I'll lose it next week!

    Struggles or successes of your week: Had trouble with the scale this week, the previous week's reading was not accurate cause of low batteries. This one is true though so i'm still one kg off. Had a good set of exercises this week that included jogging/pilates/zumba and weights. Feeling good!I'm going to keep up exercising every day cause i enjoy the extra calories though sometimes i dont need them.

    Loss/gain for the week: - 7.2 - wow, seems impossible, guess I had a lot of water weight ???
    Loss/gain for the month so far: - 10 (in 2 weeks ?, guess I used to eat A LOT of sugar !!)

    Struggles or successes of your week: yesterday had friends over and yummy Chinese food BUT resisted and had only the broccoli and beef (nothing deep fried or too sweet), just a HANDFUL of chips, ONE glass of wine and yippee, I was so proud of myself !!! WE CAN DO THIS !!!! - It's the 9th time I try to lose weight and so far so good - you have all been inspirational, I read this thread every morning it helps a lot - thank you all and congratulations on your successes

    Struggles for next week: Not to go berserk (as usual) and overeat because I am ahead of my goal, Keep Calm, Drop the cup cake and Carry On :smile:

    Struggles or successes of our week: I was quite sick from Tuesday night through Friday. Eating was difficult and I definitely didn't drink enough water.

    Struggles for next week: Getting back into working out with my trainer will be challenging since I am still a little run down. I know I have to do it though.

    Struggles or successes of your week: Well ive started picking up few easter treats for my little girl and my niece. Ive been picking her and there at a few. I struggled a little bit on friday due to my little girl being in pain and i only manage 8 min work out :( But im still happy with my loss.

    Struggles for next week: I'm temping the cabbage soup diet. For 7 days i'm going to try my best at stick it out. I eat loads of salads and some fruit so i shouldnt have much of a problem. Its more the sweets side i'd like to try and stick to not having any. Also wanna make sure i push my self to get my workout done. cant do it around the little one as she loves to climb on me lol. so this time of night is the best time for me to do it.

    Congratulations you are doing great. I had a similar struggle last night having dinner with friends and skipped the wine and didn't overeat and I was so proud of myself.

    Struggles or successes of your week: We all had colds this week, so everything was off... sleeping, hours being awake, eating. I don't feel like I ate a lot, but I also slept most of the week & didn't leave the house once, so immobility perhaps contributed to not losing.

    We're still under the weather, but I'm sure by mid-week, we'll be mad cool groovey.
