Reduce fat for definition

Hey I've been on MFP for over 2 months now and seen a drop in over 14lbs, id say most of this was due to diet alone and counting calories

What I would like help with is now to define the muscles and what works for others out there

    A progressive lifting program. There are tons of them out there. The one I do would not be appropriate for you. One possible program would be New Rules of Lifting.

    I would also add in strong lifts or starting strength..

    also, as you want to get leaner and more defined you are going to have to be stricter about calorie intake and hitting macros....

    Yeah I'm getting on point with the calories intake and macros slowly I'm rarely over if at all with the calories but under slightly on the proteins carbs etc ... Thanks for your input
