Im a smoker. I know, awful, right? Ive tried quitting.. but just turn into a raging B. Im on a calorie deficit of 1800. I work out roughly 3-4 times a week. Moslty cardio. Also my weak points-- arms and legs.
Ive been on mfp since new years. Figured Id intorduce myself.
