Are beans are high for low carb??

hi im trying to lose some fat on a vegetarian diet. I don't like eating meat. I need to get my protein not a huge fan of tofu if your a low carb vegetarian or vegan tell me how did you get your protein I need to get at least 80 grams of protein

A good start would be:
1. peas..lots of peas,
2. Morningstar has a variety of veggie burger options
and

I feel like it's going to be quite challenging to reach 80g without meat... It's just the volume of food you'll have to eat! I think protein powders will help a lot. For food peanut butter/ peanuts ( 5g/oz), eggs (6g each), quinoa (8g/cup), kidney beans (12g/cup)...0

sorry I misread - so you want to be low carb, vegetarian and lose weight
you can lose weight whilst eating carbs you know - and if you don't have a medical condition that requires low carb that's a lifestyle choice .. only go low carb if you can stick for life, because once you reintroduce them - BAM! immediate weight gain with the water fluctuation
