Getting enough calcium

while tracking I've noticed I don't seem to eat enough iron or calcium. I think I can handle getting more iron, but I can't eat a lot of dairy so what are some other foods I can eat that will give me the most calcium for the fewest calories?

Cereal of has added iron. You can use other types of milk than dairy as well

Low cal and lots of calcium and iron: Collard greens, kale, turnip greens, arugula.

Unsweetened Almond milk. Use it to make oatmeal or with cereal.

Spinach, okra, sun dried tomatoes, garlic and kale all have some calcium in them. I just mention them because they are all low calorie and fairly good at providing calcium.

This is useful! It seems like you would have to eat a lot of these foods to reach the recommended daily amount... I mean, many are low calorie foods, but still... It puts things in perspective.
