3/1 3.23 miles, a little less than half a mile jogging on mill
3/2... Forgot Fitbit all day
3/3 5.2 miles, split between treadmill in the morning and about 2.4 miles walking the neighborhood after I gave up on the 50+ degrees and sunshine we were promised. The meager balance is down to house chores since this was my day off.

Got lazy last two days, sore from attempting pull-ups on 3/3 I just crashed on the couch when I was done with what needed to be done around the house. But today will include walking/running of some sort and more strength training0 -

You.Guys.Are.Rocking.This.Thing.!!! Check y'all out! And Drew, YAY for the 14 lbs loss!! That is a great number. And I totally get it about the pull-ups, girl. Took me 8 months to get ONE full pull-up completed. Now I can do 2 1/2! Can you say "Par-Tay?" Haha! And the more lbs you lose, the less you have to lift on those pull-ups so keep up the discipline and hard work.
Love seeing everybody's numbers adding up.

Taking the weekend off, plus I'm going away. My one ankle that I broke (broke both at same time), is still bothering me, so best not to put unnecessary weight on it. As is, I'll be standing all weekend on it singing with my chorus. I'll make up for the cardio by getting planks, and crunches and things like that done in my hotel room instead. Just have to play catchup on cardio next week. Hopefully the ankle will be good by then.0

I'm just seeing this. Since March 1st I've been maintaining 5 miles per day. I did 3 miles on a spinner yesterday.0

Still too cold too get out today. Still have Ice. Perhaps tomorrow it will be a bit warmer.
