Whoa I am way behind!!! Good job everyone so inspiring to see those miles adding up. I just started running last month and reached my goal of 50 this month my running goal is 75. I have slacked off the past 3 days so planning on hitting the pavement again tomorrow happy logging everyone-Debbie

Sunday 01 March -- 40.22 km cycling (approx 2 hours (120 min) ... maybe slightly more) with 227 metres of climbing.
Monday 02 March -- 7.7 km walking in 96 minutes.
Tuesday 03 March -- 3 km walking in about 37 minutes + 27.24 km cycling in about 80 minutes.
Wednesday 04 March -- 7.2 km walking in about 85 min

Total: 67.46 km cycling + 17.9 km walking (6hrs 58min) = 85.36 km travelled

WOW look at this group of peoples! EVERYONE YOU'RE DOING GREAT. I too will be happy when it is warm enough too do loads of outside stuff. I still have a huge yard too clean. Winter leaves blew in, limbs here and there. READY FOR SPRING!!!!

Outside walk with girls 2.5 miles. THEN I put on 5 pound weights on each ankle and walked another 1.0 mile. Husband had a work meeting so he dropped me off in town. I had a slower 1.5 mile walk....Total walk today a whopping 5 miles....
TOTAL thus far March 4th...............14.5 walking miles...

I KNOW THE FEELING! We have ICE today. I have done 33 minutes on my Exercise Bike thus far. I am not going too log yet as I will do more later...
ACTUALLY I just came too check on our group. There are so many of you this month that I am trying hard too play catch up and not miss anything...REMEMBER I'M OLD! ....lolHow do you edit a post? or do you just make a new one each day?
Ummmmmmmm I'm thinking. I think you can only 'Edit' within an hour. IF you dont then you have too make a new one each day....I will give this a test and see ok?
EDIT: YESSSSSSSSSSS...In the Right hand UPPER corner hover and you will see a little black round thingy. click on that and it will say "edit 1 hour"....

March 4th, 2025: 4.7 miles using the elliptical and it took 1:00:09.
