MFP nutritionals are saying I am not eating enough fat and I'm not sure where to get it in my diet. If I added a bit of coconut oil when cooking would that help? I am doing the slimming world plan and decided to use MFP to assist so I could see where the real calories were coming from and it's been fantastic but fat intake is always too low. Any ideas?

Yes, coconut oil -- add more than a bit. When I am low on oil for the day, I take a table spoon of Walnut oil.
For other sources of oil look to avocados, nuts, peanut butter, cream, butter, hummus, cheese, whole milk, bacon, salmon, tuna, mayonnaise, béarnaise.0 -
Almond butter and avacados are 2 good sources!0
