Please help!!

My fitness pal will not sync with my fitbit tracker. It is beyond frustrating!!! It says it is connected yet it's not. In have disconnected and reconnected and no luck. When I go into my thing on here it has it check marked "do not sync" yet it says it's connected. What can I do???
