    Day 1 - 30
    Day 2 - zip
    Day 3 - 80
    Day 4 - 60

    I will make up day 2 tomorrow.

    As much as you want. I've been doing weights on my resistance days and jump squats without weights on the rest.

    Just body weight here. I've been doing sets of 10 throughout the day along with a matching set of toe touches. Not much, but I've been lacking in motivation lately, so this is good for now.
