for people who just have a little bit to lose!

I am in a healthy weight range, but put on a bit of weight since high school. I just want to lose 4kg to get back to what I was (and still be in a healthy weight range). I'm finding it sooo hard to lose just that little bit. Are there any other people who have this experience of just wanting to lose a little?

Please add me and lets motivate each other!!

    Yes I was here originally to lose 10-15 pounds, now I am here because it is always a struggle to maintain/keep it off. friend me if you like.

    I've gone from 200 to 128 in eight months.... I want to be 125 but I keep yo yoing between 128 and 129.9. It's getting super frustrating, but I'm taking the day off to relax and I'll start again tomorrow. I always like having new friends so feel free to add me.
