    March 2nd, 2015: 4.7 miles using the elliptical and it took 1:00:17.
    March 4th, 2025: 4.7 miles using the elliptical and it took 1:00:09.
    March 5th, 2025: 4.7 miles using the elliptical and it took 1:00:30.
    March 6th, 2025: 4.7 miles using the elliptical and it took 1:00:20.

    Total miles for March: 18.8 miles.

    Hi Argiegirl. I use Pacer on my iPhone, don't know if it is available on android but would recommend if it is.

    I've just joined, here's what I have for the month so far...

    1st: 6.21mi (ran)
    3rd: 3.2 (walked) and 3.5 (ran)
    4th: 1.35 (arc trainer), 3.2 (walked)
    5th: 3.4 (ran), 1.3 (w)
    6th: 2.2 (arc trainer), 3.2 (walk)

    Total: 27.56mi

    marciaj10 you're doing good still. 1/2 mile is better than no exercise. I am sure you can grow with progress over time......HANG IN THERE...

    It is a bright sunny day. Temps are suppose too rise in the fifties. I do plan on taking my girls for a long walk....

    Walked 4km to Deloitte's in London again on Friday, plus did a 5km ParkRun today, bringing my total to 18.km. slow time of 33:23, but will get faster as I get used to running again.

    My numbers are actually higher than I posted for all days except today (yesterday did 2mi on machine, and band only loaded 1/4 of my data) My jawbone band totally crapped out, and I got my replacement today, so my numbers are going to be more accurate.

    Today husband was off work. We attended Morning Church Services. After a church fellowship dinner we came home, collected the girls and off too do some major hiking UP AND UP AND UP a loooooooooooooooooooong trail! lol....Total today was 4.5 miles..OH I ACHE! lol Would be good IF I could do THAT everyday....

    It's quite amazing how coming on here and seeing what other people are putting in on a daily basis makes you not think up a reason to skip the gym today.
    I think my main plan for march is going to be just getting the miles in, either on the treadmill or the trails near my house and then in April I will probably switch out a few days for strength training.

    Got until September to get in shape for a 100k run.
