Help! Adjusting calories when you're sick??!

So I've been losing weight steadily for a couple of months with a moderate deficit. Yay.

But last week I picked up a horrid virus. So for the past 5 days I've basically been a slug.
Either in bed, sleeping for most of the day, or the last couple of days I've been on the couch under a blanket, watching netflix.
My only 'activity' has been walking to the kitchen to get mess and something to drink.
My main form of 'exercise' has been epic bouts of ab-ripping coughing fits.

So, help me out, good people of MFP!
Would you lower your calorie goal?
Does coughing count as exercise (seriously, I've got muscles from it)?
Do you burn more calories when you're miserable?

This girl wants to know!

    (Not mess)

Also, I've had no appetite, mostly just craving fruit and drinks.
I'm happy to 'maintain' while I'm sick, but honestly having trouble eating much of anything.

That's why i said i would up my cals.

When im sick i eat plenty of soup, drink hot tea, eat jello, and eat clementines out the wazoo. I also drink sprite, orange gatorade, and vitamin water.

Also, anything ultra spicy is amazing when i'm sick. Clears my sinuses like none other.
