    I feel good about this month don't ask me why it might be because I am taking part in the British Heart Foundation Dechox and so because I am giving up on chocolate that might help me with my weight loss. Good luck everybody on your weight loss this month.

    SW: 189 June 2014
    CW: 163.8 March 1, 2015
    GW: 158.9 March 31, 2015

    I have struggled with hitting the wall literally for October, November, December and the first of January. No matter what I did, I stayed the same, I guess it is good that I didn't gain but I couldn't lose either. I swim, bike, run, lift weights work on my core, do a little Zumba and watch what I eat. I religiously post my intake and exercise to MFP and hold myself accountable. I have lost two sizes in clothes going from an XL in mens tshirts to Mediums which makes me feel pretty good!

    When you feel like you can't, know that you can. When someone tells you that you won't, know that you will. And when you do, make sure you let everyone know. Successes are to be shared for they generate inspiration which leads to motivation to the next person. :)

    I was down to 148 just prior to leaving on vacation in November, and then I went home for Thanksgiving for the first time in years, and somehow I can't seem to break that 150lbs barrier again. I keep gaining and losing the same 2lbs for the last couple of months so I would love a little motivation and accountability, especially if anyone else is having a similar struggle! Ultimately, I want to end up between 140-145 with the focus more on toning/firming and just feeling healthier/more energized.

    5 pounds would be great for this month...the loss has slowed as I have gotten closer to my goal. The 171.4 would be exactly the high end of a healthy BMI for my height, so that number is a huge goal for me...whether this month or next.

    Thanks to everyone for the encouragement! I was down to 168 in November, but then I stopped breastfeeding my daughter and started eating poorly over the holidays. I snapped back into it when the scale hit 180! I hope with all of you as motivation, I can lose 5 lbs this month :smile:

    I have not put any weight on or lost any weight since my last weigh in hopefully it won't stay like this I don't want the weight to go on I want it to come off. Week 1 nearly finished for DECHOX and I feel so happy. mhulgan good luck with your weight loss goal for this month.

    Just found this post, and have been working on daily goals recently since it seems like the larger picture goal doesn't always work for me. I have a vacation in September I would like to make a large dent before I go so I think this little weekly update/check in could be a good motivator for me! :smiley:

    Mhulgan- I have constantly lost and gained but all that really matters is you keep coming back! So kee up the great work!

    Working on overcoming the final stretch and definitely could use some encouragement to keep my fire burning. Two weeks ago I was cleared medically to start working out again, as long as its primarily just running and I don't fall. SO! That being said, I'm looking forward to working along side everyone to obtain this goal. In a perfect world I would like to drop those 8 lbs. this month to be an even 130.

    That quote lights my fire, in every aspect of my life, but specifically when I'm running, when I want to slow down or don't think I'll make it to the end of my run I just think; "I don't want to be mediocre anymore, I want to be everything that I can be".
