ive been using MFP a while and have just now started looking at the community. So stoping in to say "hi" I'm 5'4 weigh 112. 2 years ago I weighed almost 150. Decided that was my limit and wanted to lose the weight.i have always been smaller but something happened and I just got bigger and bigger. So 2 years later and 40 pounds lighter and feeling better then I have in years. So thought I'd say "hi"

My goal is between 110-115. If I stay between that I'm within my goal.0 -
I didn't really have a goal when I started just know how I was wanting to look and feel.0
